Put aside<br \/>\nin a oven baking dish, layer first with the cooked kefta then cooked Potatoes then sliced tomatoes &amp; onions .<br \/>\nIn a deep jug, mix the tomato paste, capsicum paste, 7spice, salt, cinnamon, salt &amp; pomegranate molasses in the 3 cups of hot water until tomato paste has dissolved.
