Using a food processor, blitz the cabbage, cauliflower, bell pepper, garlic and ginger.<br \/>\n2. Transfer to a bowl adding the corn starch, plain flour and salt. Mix until well incorporated &#8211; add in more flour if need be<br \/>\n3. Heat the oil in a deep skillet on medium to high heat<br \/>\n4. In the meantime create palm size balls and fry on both sides for up to 2 minutes until it\u2019s golden brown and crispy. Let them rest on tissue paper to drain excess oil<br \/>\n5. For the sauce, add a couple spoons of vegetable oil saute\u0301ing the onions and bell pepper.<br \/>\n6. Add in ketchup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, hot sauce, maple syrup and the vegetable stock. Let that simmer on medium heat.<br \/>\n7. After slowly add in your cornstarch mixture little by little until it\u2019s a thicker sauce consistency.<br \/>\n8.
