Boil the pasta and set aside<br \/>\n2. Add peanut oil to a pan and once its hot, add in the kaffir lime leaves, garlic and chillies<br \/>\n3. Fry these until crisp then add soy sauce and maple syrup<br \/>\n4. Add pasta water and let the sauce thicken a little before adding the cooked pasta<br \/>\n5. Mix well<br \/>\n6.
