{"id":18050,"date":"2023-02-11T13:32:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-11T05:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18050"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:36:03","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:36:03","slug":"crispy-chilli-beef-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/crispy-chilli-beef-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Crispy Chilli Beef"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Marinade:<\/strong><br \/>\nBeef sliced in strips<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1 tsp- Black pepper<br \/>\n1 tbsp- Kashmiri chilli powder<br \/>\nDark soya sauce<br \/>\n<strong>Coating:<\/strong><br \/>\nPlain flour<br \/>\n1 tbsp-Corn flour<br \/>\n2 tsp-Kashmiri chilli powder<br \/>\n1 tsp-Black pepper<br \/>\n<strong><em>Oil for frying<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>Ginger and garlic<br \/>\n1\/3 Cup of Oyster sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp- dark soya sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp-Brown sugar<br \/>\nChilli sauce ( I used @chachus_chilli ) any chilli sauce<br \/>\n1\/2 Red pepper cut in julienne slices<br \/>\nSugar snaps (optional)<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Wash the beef, slice in strips and pat dry<br \/>\nUse ingredients in step 1 and marinate for 1 hour<br \/>\nFollow step 2 coat the chicken<br \/>\nIn a pan on a medium heat add oil and fry until crispy 5-6 minutes on each side.<br \/>\nSeparate pan add oil &amp; ingredients from step 5 cook it down until sauce is cooked thoroughly<br \/>\nAdd the beef strips and stir for 3-4 minutes until beef is fully coated<br \/>\nBest served with rice or noodles<br \/>\nVoila!
