{"id":18046,"date":"2023-02-11T12:52:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-11T04:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=18046"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:36:03","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:36:03","slug":"stuffed-capsicums-saharskitchen_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/stuffed-capsicums-saharskitchen_","title":{"rendered":"Stuffed Capsicums"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>400g minced meat<br \/>\n1 onion diced<br \/>\n5 cloves garlic crushed<br \/>\n1 cup rice washed &amp; soaked for 20 min<br \/>\n1 cup plain tomato passata<br \/>\n2 tablespoons tomato paste<br \/>\n1\/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n1 tablespoon Italian herbs<br \/>\n1 teaspoon Italian herbs<br \/>\n1 cup beef broth<br \/>\n4 capsicums \/ top cut off and inside cleaned<br \/>\nParmesan cheese &amp; parsley for garnish<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Cook the beef whilst breaking apart then add the onions &amp; garlic and cook till beef is brown and onions are soft.<br \/>\nThen add the rice, 1\/2 cup of water, tomato passata, Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon of Italian herbs and salt.<br \/>\nmix well then leave to simmer till sauce dries up. ( rice will continue cooking in the oven )<br \/>\nMeanwhile, Dissolve the tomato paste with 1 cup of hot water then add the Italian herbs, salt and beef broth.
