Roast the nuts until they give off a delightful smell before setting aside<br \/>\n2. Add sugar, coconut milk and cardamom powder to a pan and stir continuously over low heat until the sugar melts<br \/>\n3. Once the syrup comes to a boil, add the desiccated coconut and nuts and mix well<br \/>\n4. Pour the mixture out onto a tray lined with baking paper<br \/>\n5. Top with a pinch of salt<br \/>\n6. Let it set in a cool place for about 1 hour<br \/>\n7.
