Peel the banana cutting into 4 quarters<br \/>\n2. Dip your rice paper entirely in water and let it sit on a surface for 20 second until it becomes soft and sticky<br \/>\n3. Place the banana quarter in the middle sprinkling a generous amount of sugar<br \/>\n4. Fold in the top and bottom of the rice paper then fold the right hand side over tightly and and start tiling towards the left hand side until tightly packed<br \/>\n5. On a non stick pan, let the rolls crisp up on each side, I added a sprinkle of brown sugar to the pan for a sweet melted glaze around each roll<br \/>\n6.
