If you want to use the whole bag just add one cup of ghee.<br \/>\nIn a large bowl, combine the pastry with melted butter rubbing it with your hands until every strand is coated with butter.<br \/>\nUsing your cupcake tray bruch each cup with butter add pastry and press with your fingers. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C until golden.<br \/>\nRemove from oven and wait for it to cool a bit. Add ashta on top of each piece than top with another.<br \/>\nDecorate with pistashio and drizzle atar\/syrup on top and serve.
