This will take about 20-30 minutes.<br \/>\nOnce cooked let sit until cool enough to handle. Peel the charred skin off the eggplant and using a knife, chop up the tender flesh.<br \/>\nPlace the eggplant in a mixing bowl.<br \/>\nAdd the tahini paste, garlic, lemon, salt and yogurt on top of the eggplant.<br \/>\nStir with a fork until relatively smooth. Mix, taste, adjust salt, lemon.<br \/>\nRefrigerate until serving.
