{"id":17962,"date":"2023-02-09T13:38:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-09T05:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=17962"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:36:18","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:36:18","slug":"creamy-chicken-yellow-curry-saharskitchen_","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/creamy-chicken-yellow-curry-saharskitchen_","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Chicken Yellow Curry"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 kilo if chicken breast cut into bite sizes<br \/>\n1 jar of valcom paste yellow curry (230g- photo attached)<br \/>\n1 can of coconut milk (400ml)<br \/>\n2 cans of coconut cream (2x 400ml)<br \/>\n1 tablespoon of curry powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon of paprika<br \/>\nBroccoli<br \/>\nWhole Mushrooms sliced in half<br \/>\nCorn cobs<br \/>\nCarrots sliced<br \/>\n1 large onion sliced<br \/>\n1\/2 tablespoon of ginger paste<br \/>\n1 tablespoon of garlic paste<br \/>\n1 chilli minced ( optional )<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1.In a large pot, cook the chicken half way then add the onions, chilli, garlic paste, ginger paste &amp; carrots and cook till carrots are soft.<br \/>\n2.Then add the curry powder, salt, paprika and give everything a good mix. Add the jar of aymans curry paste and mix till all combined then add broccoli &amp; mushrooms and cook for further of 5 minutes while mixing.<br \/>\n3.Add corn and mix till all combined.<br \/>\n4.Pour in the coconut cream &amp; coconut milk and gently stir everything together till you have a orange\/yellow colour sauce.<br \/>\n5.Leave to boil on medium heat for about 15 minutes then taste and adjust salt and add chilli flakes if you like it more spicy.
