Set aside to cool down.<br \/>\nIn a bowl add ricotta cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian herbs, salt&amp;pepper and finally for the spinach once cooled, chop it up and place into the bowl as well.<br \/>\nGive everything a good mix.<br \/>\nPlace in a zip lock bag. Cut the corner of the zip lock bag off and fill\/pipe your cannelloni.<\/p>\n<h2>For The Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>4 crushed garlic<br \/>\n1 bottle 700g pastaa basil<br \/>\n1 can crushed tomato<br \/>\n1 cup of water<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Saute the garlic in a pot and then add the passata sauce and crushed tomato can.<br \/>\nMix till combined and add water and leave to boil\/simmer till thick.<\/p>\n<h2>Bechamel Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>I don\u2019t really measure so here\u2019s rough measurements,<br \/>\n500ml milk (2 cups )<br \/>\n2 tablespoons unsalted butter<br \/>\n2 tablespoons plain flour<br \/>\nWhite pepper<br \/>\nSalt<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Melt the butter and add in the flour and mix till a paste is created and when it starts simmering, slowly Pour in the milk whilst stirring.<br \/>\nSeason and keep stirring till mixture becomes thick.<\/p>\n<h2>Assemble<\/h2>\n<p>Pour abit of the passata sauce in a baking tray and line the stuffed cannelloni ontop of the sauce.<br \/>\nPour the rest of the sauce on top and then Pour bechamel sauce on top evenly.<br \/>\nGarnish with mozzarella cheese &amp; parsley and bake till golden<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients For The Filling Cannelloni shells 500g fresh ricotta cheese 1\/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1 bag of fresh spinach leaves 2 crushed garlic 1 diced onion 1 tablespoon Italian herbs 1\/2 cup mozzarella shredded cheese 1 egg Saute onion and garlic.
