{"id":17935,"date":"2023-02-09T09:18:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-09T01:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=17935"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:36:26","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:36:26","slug":"warbat-ashta-insidereereeskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/warbat-ashta-insidereereeskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Warbat Ashta"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 pack phyllo pastry<br \/>\n1 cup melted butter<br \/>\nFor the cream you need:<br \/>\n2 cups full cream milk<br \/>\n4 tbsp cornflour<br \/>\n6 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n250ml or one cup thickened cream<br \/>\n2 tblsp fine samolina<\/p>\n<h2>For Ater (Syrup) You Need<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups sugar<br \/>\n1 cup water<br \/>\nDrops of lemon juice<br \/>\n1 tbs orange blossom water<br \/>\nFor decoration<br \/>\ncrushed pistachios<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>For Ashta : in a medium size nonstick pot pour in milk and heavy cream, add corn starch, samolina and sugar and stir until combine and sugar and starch dissolve.<br \/>\nHeat the mixture up on a medium temperature stove until boil while keep stirring so the liquid would not stick to the pan.<br \/>\nWhen the mixture comes to a boil and thick enough like a pudding, turn heat off and pour into a plate. Cover it with glad Wrap. Let cool completely.<br \/>\nLay a sheet of filo pastry on a chopping board. Brush with melted butter, layer with another sheet, then brush again with butter.<br \/>\nRepeat until all the pastry is stacked.
