{"id":17650,"date":"2023-02-08T13:21:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-08T05:21:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=17650"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:36:29","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:36:29","slug":"slow-cook-beef-insidereereeskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/slow-cook-beef-insidereereeskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Slow Cook Beef"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Beef pieces<br \/>\nBlack pepper<br \/>\nSalt and pepper<br \/>\n2 tbsp oil<br \/>\n2 onions chopped quarters<br \/>\n5-6 garlic cloves , chopped<br \/>\n3 carrots diced or chopped<br \/>\n2 1\/2 cups red grape juice<br \/>\n1 can crushed tomatoes<br \/>\n1 cup mushrooms halves<br \/>\n2 tbsp tomato paste<br \/>\n1 cups chicken stock<br \/>\n2 cups beef stock<br \/>\n2 dried bay leaves (or 4 fresh)<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Pat your beef dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper.<br \/>\nHeat oil in a heavy pot over high heat. Sear the beef in 2 batches until brown all over, about 5 minutes.<br \/>\nRemove lamb onto a plate and set aside. Add the onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd carrot cook for 5 minutes until onion is soft, add the mushroom and cook for around 3 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd the grape juice, chicken stock, crushed tomato, tomato paste and bay leaves.<br \/>\nStir to combine and let it boil.<br \/>\nOnce boil place the beef pieces back into the pot, now cover, and let it cook on a very low heat for 2 hours.<br \/>\nAfter 2 hours removeeat from the pot and the bay leaves.<br \/>\nNow you can use your blender to blitz everything together in the pot, or remove the veggies from the pot if you don&#8217;t want to blitz the veggies.<br \/>\nonce done taste it and add salt to taste if desired.<br \/>\nReturn the meat and sauce to the heat for another 20-25 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Remove lamb onto plate and shred it.<br \/>\nServe the meat on mashed potato with lots of sauce.
