Sprinkle with salt and set it aside for 20 minutes.<br \/>\nCut your potato also into square and cut all you veggies into wedges or squares. Heat the oil in a large pan, fry the potato and once done place it on a paper towel and set it aside. To cook your eggplant first pat dry your eggplant with paper towel than cook it in oil and once done place it on paper towel and set it aside as well.<br \/>\nIn a large pan heat oil, add the beef and cook until it changes colour. Add onion, garlic and capsicum to the meat and cook for few minutes.
