Combine the plain flour and water together until it\u2019s very well combined. Place in a bowl of cold water for 2 hours.<br \/>\n2. After 2 hours, massage the dough in the water to release all the starch. The water will get very thick and milk like (Tip: save this water to add into your soup, sauces or even curries to thicken it up!)<br \/>\n3. Repeat this process with fresh water until the water is more cloudy and thinner &#8211; this will indicate that majority of the starch had been released. It took me 6 washes!<br \/>\n4. You\u2019ll noticed throughout the washes the gluten sticks to each other more and the the dough has fibres giving it a more meat feel.<br \/>\n5. Create bitesized pieces and place them into a simmering pot of stock water. Simmer for 20 minutes.<br \/>\n6. Take each of the pieces out and let them rest for 10 minutes.
