Chop the potatoes in bitesized cubes. Place them in a pot of cold water over Medium heat. Add 1 Tbsp salt and 1 Tsp Bicarbonate of Soda. Let the potatoes parboil for 10 minutes.<br \/>\n2. Transfer over to a bowl adding olive oil mixing well. Transfer to the AirFryer at 210C for 20 minutes, giving it a shake half way.<br \/>\n3. Whilst the potatoes are almost done, heat up some oil over low heat, adding your garlic and chilli flakes. Add in your potatoes once the garlic is fragrant.<br \/>\n4.
