In a bowl mix your flour, salt, sugar, dried herbs. Make a well and add in your warm water combining with a spoon!<br \/>\n2. Good thing about this recipe is that it doesn\u2019t require kneading! Once your ingredients are well combined, it should feel sticky\/tacky &#8211; add in a generous amount of olive oil covering the Foccacia dough all over. Tightly cover your bowl with cling film and leave the dough to rise in the fridge for 12-16 hours.<br \/>\n3. After 12-16hrs, massage the dough for 2-3 mins using more olive oil if necessary. In your oven tray add a generous amount of olive oil all over and transfer your dough ensuring it\u2019s covered with oil all over. Cover with a cheese cloth\/towel and let it prove for 2-3 hours.<br \/>\n4. After 2-3hours, preheat the oven to 210C.<br \/>\n5. Your dough is ready to be dressed up! Add in any of your desirable vegetables. I went for black olives and diced garlic with dry herbs!<br \/>\n6.
