{"id":17339,"date":"2023-02-05T09:18:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-05T01:18:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=17339"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:36:43","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:36:43","slug":"creamy-lemon-parmesan-chicken-insidereereeskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/creamy-lemon-parmesan-chicken-insidereereeskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Creamy Lemon Parmesan Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients For The Chicken<\/h2>\n<p>Boneless and skinless chicken breasts halved<br \/>\n2 tablespoons flour (all purpose or plain)<br \/>\n2 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese<br \/>\n1 teaspoon salt<br \/>\nCracked pepper<\/p>\n<h2>For The Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>1 tablespoon olive oil<br \/>\n1 tablespoon butter<br \/>\n2 tablespoons minced garlic<br \/>\n1 1\/4 cup chicken broth (stock)<br \/>\n1 cup heavy cream<br \/>\n1\/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese<br \/>\n2-3 tablespoons lemon juice &#8212; juice of 1 lemon (adjust to your tastes)<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>In a shallow bowl, combine the flour and parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper; dredge chicken in the flour mixture; shake off excess and set aside.<br \/>\nHeat 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablspoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until butter has melted and pan is hot.<br \/>\nFry the chicken until golden on each side and cooked through and no longer pink (about 3-4 minutes, depending on the thickness of your chicken). Set aside.<br \/>\nAdd the garlic to the oil in the pan. If needed add extra bit of oil and fry until fragrant (about 1 minute).<br \/>\nReduce heat to low-medium heat, add the broth and cream. Bring the sauce to a gentle simmer; season with salt and pepper to your taste; add in the parmesan cheese.<br \/>\nContinue cooking gently for about 2 minutes until thicker.<br \/>\nPour in the lemon juice, allow to simmer for a further minute to combine.<br \/>\nAdd the chicken back into the pan, allow to simmer until the sauce is thickens.<br \/>\nServe with the sauce over pasta, steamed vegetables, zucchini noodles or rice.
