{"id":16594,"date":"2023-02-04T09:55:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-04T01:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=16594"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:36:49","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:36:49","slug":"spicy-udon-stir-fry-thebukharigirls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/spicy-udon-stir-fry-thebukharigirls","title":{"rendered":"Spicy Udon Stir-fry"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>12 oz udon noodles<\/p>\n<h2>Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>1 tablespoon oyster sauce<br \/>\n1 tablespoon soya sauce<br \/>\n1 tablespoon chili powder or gochugaru<br \/>\n1 tablespoon water<br \/>\n1\/2 tablespoon cornflour<br \/>\n1 teaspoon sesame seeds<br \/>\n1 teaspoon brown sugar<br \/>\n1 teaspoon sesame oil<\/p>\n<h2>Stir Fry<\/h2>\n<p>2 tablespoons oil<br \/>\n1 lb mince meat<br \/>\n1 tablespoon garlic , minced<br \/>\n1\/2 onion , diced<br \/>\n1 cup mix vegetable<br \/>\n2 green onions thinly sliced<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Soak the noodles in hot water for 10 minutes.<br \/>\nCombine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well and set aside.<br \/>\nHeat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and fry until fragrant, about 1 minute.<br \/>\nAdd the mince meat and cook until the color changes.<br \/>\nAdd onion and vegetables. Cook and stir for another 30 seconds, until the veggies just start to turn tender.<br \/>\nAdd the noodles over the vegetables, followed by 2 tablespoons of water. Gently break apart the noodles<br \/>\nPour the sauce over the vegetables and noodles. Stir and mix until the noodles and vegetables are evenly coated.
