{"id":16580,"date":"2023-02-03T08:47:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-03T00:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=16580"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:36:52","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:36:52","slug":"daal-gosht-thebukharigirls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/daal-gosht-thebukharigirls","title":{"rendered":"Daal Gosht"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups panchmel daal (mix lentil)<br \/>\n500 gram mutton or beef<br \/>\n1 cup onion<br \/>\n2-3 tomatoes sliced<br \/>\n12 garlic cloves<br \/>\n2-3 green chili<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1 tbsp red chilli powder<br \/>\n1 tsp turmeric<br \/>\n1 tbsp coriander powder<br \/>\n1 tsp cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp garam masala<br \/>\n1 tbsp fenugreek leaves<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Soak daal (mix lentil) for atleast 2 hrs before cooking. Boil it with just water, pinch of salt and turmeric until it\u2019s tender but not mushy at all.<br \/>\nCombine meat, onion, garlic, green chili and tomatoes along with all the spices in a pressure cooker and cook it until the meat is tender.<br \/>\nremove the lid of pressure and clarified butter\/ghee and cook until oil separates.<br \/>\nNow add cooked daal (lentils) with the water that is left in the lentil and mix well.<br \/>\nSprinkle Garam masala on top. Sprinkle cilantro, mint and ginger on top.<br \/>\nOptional: heat oil, add some cumin and curry leaves along with red chili powder.
