In a wok, toss all the ingredients in except cooking oil. Mix.<br \/>\n2. Bring it to boil until the water reduced. Turn off the heat. Then take the duck out. Safe aside the spices.<br \/>\n3. In a pan, heat up the cooking oil. Then toss the spices in. Fry until dark in colour in low heat. Once the spices turn black colour, turn off the heat.<br \/>\n4. Fry the duck until golden brown. Then serve with the black spices.
