Heat oven at 230C fan oven<br \/>\n2. Drizzle 0.5cm of sunflower oil into 12-hole non-stick muffin tins and place in the oven to heat through<br \/>\n3. In a mixing bowl, add your plain flour and the beat in the eggs until a smooth consistency<br \/>\n4. Gradually add in your milk whilst beating the batter until there are no lumps<br \/>\n5. Pour the batter into a jug, then remove the hot tins from the oven. Carefully and evenly pour the batter into the holes<br \/>\n4.
