Mix the grated garlic, salt and dried thyme leaves into the melted butter<br \/>\n2. Score the chicken and spread the butter all over the chicken<br \/>\n3. Cover in foil and bake in the oven at 180C for 1 hour<br \/>\n4. After 1 hour has passed, take the foil off and bake at 190C for about 1 hour, or until golden brown and ensure to baste the chicken with the butter and juices in the baking dish at regular intervals<\/p>\n<h2>Garlic Chive Potatoes<\/h2>\n<p>400g of potatoes, cut into small chunks<br \/>\n3\/4 cup of freshly chopped garlic chives<br \/>\nsalt, to taste<br \/>\n2 tbsp of olive oil<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Cut the potatoes into small chunks<br \/>\n2. Season with garlic chives, salt and olive oil<br \/>\n3. Mix well and let it marinate for about 30 minutes<br \/>\n4. Bake in the oven at 180C for 45 minutes<br \/>\n5.
