{"id":16479,"date":"2023-01-17T08:50:00","date_gmt":"2023-01-17T00:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=16479"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:37:03","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:37:03","slug":"green-chicken-flat-wings-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/green-chicken-flat-wings-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Green Chicken Flat Wings"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1\/2kg flat wings washed and pat dry<\/p>\n<h2>For The Green Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>Handful of mint<br \/>\nHandful of coriander<br \/>\n5 green chilli ( adjust to spice tolerance)<br \/>\n4 Clove of garlic<br \/>\nSmall piece of finger<br \/>\n1 tbsp- Lemon juice( added later accidentally missed )<br \/>\n2 tbsp- Oil<\/p>\n<h2>For The Marinade<\/h2>\n<p>2 tbsp- Natural yoghurt<br \/>\n1 tsp- Black pepper<br \/>\n2 tsp- Chilli powder @rajahspices<br \/>\n1 tsp- Garam masala ( homemade mix)<br \/>\n1 tsp- cumin powder @rajahspices<br \/>\nSalt to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Put all the green sauce ingredients in a blender and blitz until it turns into a paste &amp; leave aside<br \/>\nIn a bowl add all the marinade ingredients and mix to combine all ingredients together<br \/>\nMix both sauces and add the chicken wings<br \/>\nEnsure all the chicken is evenly coated.<br \/>\nLeave in the fridge for 1 hour minimum, for best results leave overnight<br \/>\nGrilled in the air fryer for 15 minutes on each side at 200c, or alternatively grill in the oven.<br \/>\nVoila!
