{"id":16460,"date":"2023-01-11T08:16:00","date_gmt":"2023-01-11T00:16:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=16460"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:37:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:37:05","slug":"chicken-65-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-65-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Chicken 65"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients &#8211; Step 1<\/h2>\n<p>2 Breast chicken cut in cubes<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n2 tsp- Kashmiri chilli powder<br \/>\n1 tsp- Black pepper<br \/>\nGenerous amount garlic &amp; ginger<br \/>\n1.5 tbsp- Corn flour<br \/>\n2 tbsp- Plain flour<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp- Red food colour<br \/>\n1 tbsp- Lemon juice<br \/>\n1 medium egg<\/p>\n<h2>Cooking Sauce &#8211; Step 2<\/h2>\n<p>3 tbsp- Natural yoghurt<br \/>\n2 tbsp- Kashmiri chilli powder<br \/>\n1 tsp- Garam masala<br \/>\n1 tsp- Cumin powder<br \/>\n1 tsp- Back pepper<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp- red food colour<\/p>\n<h2>Step 3<\/h2>\n<p>1 tsp- Cumin seed<br \/>\n4\/5 Green chilli sliced<br \/>\nOil for frying<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Mix all the ingredients in step 1 and marinade 3\/4 hours in the fridge<br \/>\nMix all the ingredients in step 2 to create a sauce.<br \/>\nIn a pan deep fry the marinated chicken until crispy and leave aside<br \/>\nKeep a little oil in the same pan<br \/>\nAdd cumin seed and green chilli &amp; curry leaves ( I run out ) followed by the step 2 sauce.<br \/>\nMix well<br \/>\nAdd the fried chicken pieces and mix until<br \/>\nfully coated.<br \/>\nCook for further 4-5 minutes until the sauce evaporates<br \/>\nVoila!
