Mix the corn flour, spices and salt together<br \/>\n2. Coat room temperature lobster balls in the flour mixture<br \/>\n3. Deep fry the lobster balls on medium heat for about 8 minutes, or until golden brown<br \/>\n4. Rest the balls on some paper towel to drain any excess oil<br \/>\n5. Drizzle sriracha and kewpie mayo on top<br \/>\n6.
