{"id":16436,"date":"2022-12-30T08:33:00","date_gmt":"2022-12-30T00:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=16436"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:37:08","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:37:08","slug":"chicken-pot-pie-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-pot-pie-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Pot Pie"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>200gr shredded cooked chicken breast<br \/>\n200gr chopped champignon mushrooms<br \/>\n200gr diced carrots<br \/>\n3 tbsp chopped celery leaves<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp nutmeg powder (optional)<br \/>\n1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (2 tsp dried)<br \/>\n3 garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n1\/2 onion, diced<br \/>\n3 tbsp unsalted butter<br \/>\n6 tbsp all purpose flour<br \/>\n1\/3 cup grated parmesan cheese<br \/>\n200 ml cooking cream<br \/>\n1 L chicken broth<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)<br \/>\n2 tsp sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp pepper powder<br \/>\n5-6 Filo or puff pastry sheets, 2-3 tbsp melted butter for brushing filo or egg wash to brush puff pastry<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Preheat oven 190C<br \/>\n2. Over med-high heat, Melt butter, saute\u0301 onion and garlic until translucent<br \/>\n3. Add carrot, mushrooms, nutmeg powder (if using), thyme, and stir fry until soft<br \/>\n4. Add flour and mix well<br \/>\n5. Pour in broth in, let it simmer for 5 mins<br \/>\n6. Lower the heat add grate parmesan cheese and cream, stir to combine until thicken<br \/>\n7. Then add salt, sugar, pepper powder and shredded chicken. Simmer for a min<br \/>\n8. sprinkle chopped celery leaves. Remove from heat<br \/>\n9. If using dutch oven or any cast iron pot\/pan can directly place filo (crumpled) sheets on top of the soup and brush with butter, or top puff pastry and brush with egg wash. if not, transfer soup to a baking dish first<br \/>\n10.
