To a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, milk, vanilla essence and raw sugar<br \/>\n2. Add the yoghurt and eggs before whisking until smooth<br \/>\n3. Lightly spray a fry pan with canola oil<br \/>\n4. Add a ladle full of pancake batter and fry until golden brown<br \/>\n5. Stack the pancakes and top with yoghurt<br \/>\n6. Add fresh strawberries and drizzle maple syrup on top<br \/>\n7.
