Let the onion get brown.<br \/>\nAdd ginger garlic paste and let it become aromatic.<br \/>\nAdd tomatoes and all the spices and cook until oil separates.<br \/>\nAdd meat and cook until the meat changes color.<br \/>\n Add water and let it cook until the meat is tender.<br \/>\nDeep fry potatoes until they are golden and add them with meat.<br \/>\nLet it simmer for sometime until the potatoes are cooked, oil is separated on top of gravy and you have the thickness of gravy you like.
