{"id":16157,"date":"2022-12-03T10:14:00","date_gmt":"2022-12-03T02:14:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=16157"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:37:22","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:37:22","slug":"lebanon-shaaybeyaat-nanos_kitchen1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/lebanon-shaaybeyaat-nanos_kitchen1","title":{"rendered":"Lebanon Shaaybeyaat"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients (Makes 20 Pieces)<\/h2>\n<p>1 package of fillo dough- thawed- fillo<br \/>\n2 sticks of butter (226 grams)- melted<\/p>\n<h2>For The Filling<\/h2>\n<p>1 1\/2 cups of full fat milk<br \/>\n1\/2 cup samolina<br \/>\n1\/3 cup of sugar (more or less to liking)<br \/>\n1 tsp of orange blossom water<\/p>\n<h2>For The Syrup<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups sugar<br \/>\n1 cup of water<br \/>\n2 tbs of lemon juice<br \/>\n1 tsp of orange blossom water<br \/>\nPistachio for garnishing<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Start by preparing your filling.<br \/>\nIn a medium saucepan, add your samolina, stir till the samolina is heated (4 seconds)<br \/>\nAdd the milk gradually while stirring.<br \/>\nLower the heat to medium, and keep stirring.<br \/>\nStir until the cream is thickened, add the sugar, orange blossom water.<br \/>\nTurn off the heat and transfer into a bowl, set aside and allow it to cool down.<br \/>\nPreheat your oven to 400 F<br \/>\nOpen your fillo dough package (wrap the dough with clean towel while working to prevent it from drying)<br \/>\nLay one sheet of dough on your working surface, and brush it with butter.
