Bring 3L of water to a boil, 1 min beforehand add 1 tbsp of salt then add pasta and let it cook until nice and al dente for about 1-3mins<br \/>\n2. If using dried store bought, cook according to package<br \/>\n3. heat oil over low heat, fry garlic and chilies until just wilted and slightly golden, add pasta water and let it simmer until reduced by 3\/4<br \/>\n4. add the pasta, salt and sugar, stir to combine for a min until liquid evaporated, off the heat<br \/>\n5. Add parsley and toss.
