{"id":16118,"date":"2022-12-01T07:22:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-30T23:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=16118"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:37:30","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:37:30","slug":"miso-lamb-normasfooddiary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/miso-lamb-normasfooddiary","title":{"rendered":"Miso Lamb"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients For The Lamb<\/h2>\n<p>Approx 2kg Lamb Cutlets, trimmed<\/p>\n<h2>Miso Marinade<\/h2>\n<p>3 tsp red miso paste<br \/>\n3 tsp rice wine<br \/>\n3 tsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp caster sugar<br \/>\n2 tsp sesame oil<br \/>\n4 chives, chopped<\/p>\n<h2>Yakiniku Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>1 clove garlic, crushed<br \/>\n1\/4 cup light soy sauce<br \/>\n2 tablespoons mirin<br \/>\n21\u20442 tablespoons sugar<br \/>\n2 teaspoons sesame oil<br \/>\n11\u20442 teaspoons ground roasted white sesame seeds<br \/>\n1\u20442teaspoon whole roasted white sesame seeds<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Mix the marinade ingredients then add the lamb, you can use it straight away or let it marinate for 30mins or longer.<br \/>\nFor the sauce Heat over medium to high heat until sugar dissolves about 3 minutes. Stir constantly to help dissolve sugar and prevent burning. Allow the sauce to cool for about 5 to 10 minutes.<br \/>\nUsing a strainer, pour the sauce into a small bowl to separate the garlic pieces. Discard garlic.<br \/>\nAdd ground-roasted white sesame seeds and whole roasted sesame seeds to the strained sauce. Mix gently.<br \/>\nI cooked my lamb in the Airfryer in batches at 2000c for 7 minutes.
