{"id":16104,"date":"2022-11-30T08:41:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-30T00:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=16104"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:37:32","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:37:32","slug":"mie-kangkung-water-spinach-chicken-noodle-soup-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/mie-kangkung-water-spinach-chicken-noodle-soup-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Mie Kangkung \/ Water Spinach Chicken Noodle Soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500 gr thick yellow noodle<br \/>\n2 bunches water spinach, blanched<br \/>\n250 gr chicken breast fillet, diced<br \/>\n1.5 L water (or chicken broth)<br \/>\n100 gr prawn head and shells (skip this if using chicken broth)<br \/>\n4 garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n5 shallots minced<br \/>\n2 tbsp dried shrimp, soak in hot water, minced<br \/>\n2 tbsp cornstarch 50 ml of water<br \/>\n3 tbsp oil<\/p>\n<h2>Seasoning (Premixed)<\/h2>\n<p>2 tbsp oyster sauce<br \/>\n5 tbsp sweet soy sauce<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp chicken powder<br \/>\n1 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n2 tsp sesame oil<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp white pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp Salt (adjust to taste)<\/p>\n<h2>Condiments<\/h2>\n<p>Hard boil eggs<br \/>\nBean sprouts, soak in hot water 3 min<br \/>\nChopped green onion<br \/>\nLime<br \/>\nFried shallot<br \/>\nChili sambal (boiled bird\u2019s eye chili, and pound it roughly)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Bring water to boil in a pot, add prawns head and shell, cover and simmer for 15 mins. Then discard shells and head (if using chicken broth just bring it to a boil)<br \/>\n2. Heat oil in a pan, saute garlic shallots until fragrant add dried shrimp cook for 2-3 min over med heat<br \/>\n3. Cook the chicken until turns color. Add 1\/2 of the seasoning mixture and toss for a min. Transfer into the broth<br \/>\n4. Add the rest of the seasoning, pour in cornstarch slurry. Stir until broth thicken<br \/>\n5.
