Drain well and set aside.<br \/>\nAdd the green beans to boiling salted water, cook for 2-3 minutes then drain well and immediately plunge into ice water to stop the cooking. Set aside.<br \/>\nSaute\u0301 onions in butter, add mushrooms, salt &amp; pepper, aleppo pepper, minced garlic.<br \/>\nAdd flour then half &amp; half, add the cheddar cheese.
