Add good amount of water. Add coriander seeds, fennel seeds, black pepper corn, cloves, black cardamom, cinnamon, Bay leaf. Boil until the meat is tender. Strain the stock and keep it aside.<br \/>\nCut the other onion in thin slices. Add oil in the pot add onion and brown them. Add boiled chickpeas in it and cook for few minutes. Add meat stock in the pan. When it starts boiling add rice in it. Cook it on high speed until all the water reduces.
