Add some ghee to a pan<br \/>\n2. Once the ghee melts, add cumin seeds and dried red chillies<br \/>\n3. Add the onion and saute\u0301<br \/>\n4. Once the onions start turning translucent, add the turmeric and chilli powder<br \/>\n5. Add Greek yoghurt and mix<br \/>\n6. Add water and stir to combine<br \/>\n7. Add the chopped potatoes and cauliflower<br \/>\n8. Simmer on low for about 20 minutes or until the veggies are pretty much cooked<br \/>\n9. Season with salt<br \/>\n10. Add garam masala and mix on high heat<br \/>\n11. Garnish with fresh coriander<br \/>\n12.
