Whisk egg with seasoning ingredients<br \/>\n2. Pan sear spam or luncheon meat with 1 tbsp butter. Remove<br \/>\n3. In a non stick pan, Melt butter then add oil, over med-low heat stir fry garlic and shallots until slightly golden then add in spam\/luncheon meat, egg mixture then scallions<br \/>\n4.
