FOR THE DOUGH<\/strong><br \/>\n3\/4 cup warm whole milk<br \/>\n2 1\/4 tsp active yeast<br \/>\n1\/4 cup cane sugar<br \/>\n1 egg plus 1 egg yolk, room temperature<br \/>\n1\/4 cup melted salted butter (30 seconds in microwave)<br \/>\n3 cups bread flour (\/- 2Tbsp of flour to adjust as needed)<br \/>\n3\/4 tsp salt<br \/>\n<strong>B. FOR THE FILLING<\/strong><br \/>\n2\/3 cup dark brown sugar<br \/>\n1 1\/2 Tbsp ground cinnamon<br \/>\n1\/4 cup salted butter, softened<br \/>\n<strong>C. FOR THE VANILLA FROSTING<\/strong><br \/>\n4 oz cream cheese, softened<br \/>\n3 Tbsp salted butter, softened<br \/>\n3\/4 cup powdered sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Use stand mixer and put all dough ingredients in it. Mix with medium speed for 8-10 minutes until a dough ball form. Put the dough in a well greased bowl and rise until double in size<br \/>\n2. Roll the dough out to 18&#215;9, spread the filling butter onto the dough, mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl, pat the sugar mixture into the butter.<br \/>\n3. Roll up the dough from the long side ( not super tight; need to leave room to rise)<br \/>\n4. Cut the roll into 2-inch pieces with floss. This makes 9 pieces. Place the rolls into a well greased baking tray. Cover with plastic wrap, let rise for 30 minutes<br \/>\n5. Preheat oven to 350F degree, unwrap the plastic and bake for 20-25 minutes<br \/>\n6. Use hand mixer to make the frosting. Cool the dough for 5-10 minutes before spread the frosting, enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients A.
