{"id":15627,"date":"2022-11-09T09:39:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-09T01:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=15627"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:38:26","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:38:26","slug":"spaghetti-bolognese-hungergameswithazzy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/spaghetti-bolognese-hungergameswithazzy","title":{"rendered":"Spaghetti Bolognese"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1\u20442 kilo of beef mince<br \/>\n1 large carrot diced small<br \/>\n2 celery sticks diced small<br \/>\n1 brown onion diced small<br \/>\n4 garlic cloves crushed<br \/>\n2 bayleaves<br \/>\nextra virgin olive oil 1\u20444 cup<br \/>\n1\u20442 tsp black pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp Italian herbs<br \/>\n1 stem of basil<br \/>\n2 tsp tomato paste<br \/>\n1 jar pasatta (fill jar with water and shake to get excess pasatta out )<br \/>\nsalt to taste<br \/>\n1 chicken stock cube<br \/>\n1 tsp sugar<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>In a large pot on medium heat add olive oil once heated add the carrot, celery, onion, garlic and bayleaves saute for 5 minutes<br \/>\nAdd in mince and break down until cooked through.<br \/>\nAdd in the pepper, Italian herbs and basil stems and stir<br \/>\nNow add in the tomato paste and stir for 2 minutes to cook off acidity.
