{"id":15619,"date":"2022-11-09T08:19:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-09T00:19:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=15619"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:38:29","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:38:29","slug":"zucchini-lasagne-beebskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/zucchini-lasagne-beebskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Zucchini Lasagne"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>3 large zucchini<br \/>\n250g minced meat<br \/>\nTomatoes juice<br \/>\nTomatoes paste<br \/>\nHandful of grated carrots<br \/>\nSpices<br \/>\n2 onions<br \/>\nRed paprika juice<br \/>\nAround 12 cheese slices or grated cheese<\/p>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>Cut the zucchini into very thin slices, sprinkle some salt and mix it then sit it aside.<br \/>\nTo a pot, add some oil and onions cubes, cook for 5 minutes then add the meat and cook until brown then add the carrots and keep cooking.<br \/>\nAdd the tomatoes juice paste and spices. I used (salt, pepper, onions and garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander and nutmeg).<br \/>\nMix well until it starts to boil, cover it, lower the heat and let it cook.<br \/>\nIn a pan add some oil and onions cubes. Cook for 5 minutes then add the red paprika juice, 1 tsp of tomatoes paste, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.<br \/>\nNow preheat the oven and let\u2019s put everything together.<br \/>\nFirst you need to dry the zucchini from any excess liquid. Add a layer of the paprika sauce, then zucchini layer, then meat layer and finally cheese layer and repeat. Cook at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.<br \/>\nThis recipe is so so so good.
