Marinate chicken with the marinade ingredients for 30 mins<br \/>\n2. Blanch broccoli for 4-5 mins, drain and rinse<br \/>\n3. Add oil, pan fry chicken over high heat until golden brown on both sides, remove<br \/>\n4. In the same pan, add grated ginger and garlic and saute\u0301 until brown<br \/>\n5. Add sauce mixture, stir until thicken over med heat<br \/>\n6. Add back the chicken and broccoli and toss<br \/>\n7.
