{"id":15558,"date":"2022-11-05T13:24:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-05T05:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=15558"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:38:34","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:38:34","slug":"daigi-chana-pulao-thebukharigirls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/daigi-chana-pulao-thebukharigirls","title":{"rendered":"Daigi Chana Pulao"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500 gram boiled chickpeas<br \/>\n750 gram rice<br \/>\n1 onion sliced.<br \/>\n1 tbsp ginger garlic paste<br \/>\n3 Tbsp oil<br \/>\n2 tomatoes sliced<br \/>\n2-3 green chili chopped<br \/>\n1 tbsp coarsely grind coriander seeds<br \/>\n1 tbsp coarsely grind cumin seeds<br \/>\n1 tsp red chili powder<br \/>\n1 tsp red pepper flakes<br \/>\n2 black cardamom<br \/>\n2 green cardamom<br \/>\n1 bay leaf<br \/>\n1 inch cinnamon stick<br \/>\n1 star anise<br \/>\n4-5 cloves<br \/>\n10- 12 black peppercorns<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp turmeric powder<br \/>\n2 vegetables cubes (optional)<br \/>\n2 Tbsp yogurt<br \/>\n1\/3 cup cilantro<br \/>\n1\/3 cup mint leaves<br \/>\n1\/2 lemon sliced<br \/>\n4-5 green chili whole<br \/>\nSalt according to taste<br \/>\nFood color &#8211; optional<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Add oil in the pot. Add sliced onion and fry it until brown.<br \/>\nAdd ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, green chili, all the ground and whole spices along with vegetable cubes.<br \/>\nCook until the tomatoes are dissolved and the oil separates.<br \/>\nAdd boiled chickpeas and cook for 5 minutes.<br \/>\nNow add yogurt and mix. Cook for 5 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd water and let it boil.<br \/>\nAs soon as the water boils add washed and soaked rice.<br \/>\nAdd cilantro, mint, lemon slices, whole green chili.<br \/>\nLet it cook on high heat until all the water evaporates.
