{"id":15374,"date":"2022-11-04T15:30:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-04T07:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=15374"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:38:39","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:38:39","slug":"mushroom-gravy-hungergameswithazzy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/mushroom-gravy-hungergameswithazzy","title":{"rendered":"Mushroom Gravy"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500 gms of mixed mushroom medley you can use button mushrooms<br \/>\n2 shallots finely chopped<br \/>\n5 cloves of garlic crushed<br \/>\n1 tsp mixed herbs<br \/>\n1 tsp wholegrain mustard<br \/>\n2 tbs plain flour<br \/>\n2 cups of chicken stock (you may need more or less depending how thick or runny you like the sauce)<br \/>\n1\u20444 cup of thickened cream<br \/>\n2 tbs butter<br \/>\nblack pepper<br \/>\nsalt to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>In a saucepan add butter,garlic and shallots and saute for 1 minute (do not burn garlic as it will give a bitter taste)<br \/>\nAdd in mixed herbs and mix through then add mushrooms and saute until gold in colour<br \/>\nAdd in the flour and mix through with the mushrooms and start adding in the stock gradually until reaches desired thickness.<br \/>\nAdd wholegrain mustard and black pepper and salt if needed.<br \/>\nNow add thickened cream and give it a good stir and taste .
