In a pot on medium heat fry off mince meat until all meat juice has evaporated into the mince.<br \/>\n2. Add diced onion to the mince and cook until onion is soft and translucent.<br \/>\n3. Add salt and 7 spice and turn off heat.<br \/>\n4. Add parsely and mint and stir<br \/>\n5. Now add tahini, pomegranate molasses and vinegar to taste and mix through . you&#8217;re mixture should be a light colour from the tahini not so dark from the pomegranate it should also be tangy and popping with flavour.<br \/>\n6. In a tray add pieces of roti bread and add 1 tbs of the mixture and spread it out evenly onto the roti. Garnish with pine nuts or slithered almonds and bake on 180 degrees until roti turns a golden brown.<br \/>\n7.
