Fried wings: Combine chicken with the marinade ingredients, set in the fridge for 1-2 hr(s) or overnight<br \/>\n2. Coat chicken wings with potato starch evenly and let it rest for 5 mins<br \/>\n3. Heat generous amounts of oil, deep fry wings over medium heat for 5-7 mins in batches<br \/>\n4. double fry the chicken over high heat for 2 mins until golden brown. again, in batches<br \/>\n5. Sauce: Over med-low heat Melt butter, add the rest of the sauce ingredients, simmer until sauce thicken<br \/>\n6. Add fried wings and coat well with the sauce.
