{"id":15200,"date":"2022-11-01T13:36:00","date_gmt":"2022-11-01T05:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=15200"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:39:08","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:39:08","slug":"chicken-fried-rice-hungergameswithazzy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-fried-rice-hungergameswithazzy","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Fried Rice"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4 cups of day old rice<br \/>\n1 cup of frozen carrots and peas<br \/>\n250 gms of chicken breast diced into pieces<br \/>\n3 eggs whisked<br \/>\n3 cloves of garlic crushed<br \/>\n1 onion diced<br \/>\n2 cup of broccoli florets<br \/>\n1 tbs sesame oil<br \/>\n3 tbs oyster sauce<br \/>\n3 tbs soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbs rice wine vinegar<br \/>\nwhite pepper<br \/>\nsalt to taste<br \/>\nshallots for garnish<br \/>\npeanut oil<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>In a large sauce pan or wok add 2 tbs of peanut oil and fry off chicken on medium heat until golden. Remove and leave aside<br \/>\nIn the same pan add 1 tbs of peanut oil and add whisked eggs and mix on medium heat until cooked through. Remove and leave aside<br \/>\nAdd a further 2 tbs of peanut oil and add diced onion and garlic and saute for 2 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd in the broccoli and cook for a further 2 minutes then add frozen veggies and mix through<br \/>\nAdd in rice and mix through with all.other ingredients.<br \/>\nAdd sauces into the pan along with eggs and chicken toss through until everything is combined. Add white pepper and salt to taste.
