Add your broccoli, cauliflower, potato, red onion and garlic clove in a pot along with the above seasonings and vegetable stock.<br \/>\n2. Let it simmer for 25 mins on low-medium heat until the vegetables have softened<br \/>\n3. Blitz everything together using a hand blender, add in however much cream you desire.<br \/>\n4.
