{"id":15116,"date":"2022-10-30T10:52:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-30T02:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=15116"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:39:23","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:39:23","slug":"chicken-lagaan-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-lagaan-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Lagaan"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500g Chicken fillets cut into small cubes<br \/>\n2 tablespoons Green chutney @i.love.homemade<br \/>\n1 teaspoon garlic paste<br \/>\n1 teaspoon ginger paste<br \/>\n1 teaspoon green chilli paste<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon course red chillies<br \/>\n1 teaspoon cumin powder<br \/>\n1 teaspoon white pepper<br \/>\n1 teaspoon lemon pepper<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n2 tablespoon melted ghee<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Heat the ghee.<br \/>\nFry all of the above together until the chicken if firm and dry.<\/p>\n<h2>Additonal<\/h2>\n<p>3 eggs<br \/>\n1 cup milk<br \/>\n2 slices white bread @lovealbanybread<br \/>\nGreen chillies to taste<br \/>\n1 teaspoon baking powder<br \/>\nSalt to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Blend the above until fine.<br \/>\nPlace the cooked chicken in a greased ( lightly greased with melted butter) casserole dish 26cm x 16cm.<br \/>\nAdd a handful of finely chopped coriander on top evenly.<br \/>\nPour the egg batter on top.<br \/>\nSprinkle sesame seeda and white poppy seeds on top.<br \/>\nBake at 180c for about 40min or until golden on top.<br \/>\nAllow to cool and then cut.<br \/>\nServe with your favourite chutney.<br \/>\nI used the unresistable red chutney by @i.love.homemade<br \/>\nEnjoy.<\/p>\n<h2>Notes<\/h2>\n<p>I like my lagaan thin. I used a 30cm x 19cm casserole.
