{"id":15049,"date":"2022-10-29T10:39:00","date_gmt":"2022-10-29T02:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=15049"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:39:32","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:39:32","slug":"butter-tea-cake-the_kitchen_girl","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/butter-tea-cake-the_kitchen_girl","title":{"rendered":"Butter Tea Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>250g Soft Butter<br \/>\n250g Cake flour or All purpose flour<br \/>\n250g Sugar<br \/>\n4 large eggs<br \/>\n2 teaspoons Baking powder<br \/>\n2 teaspoons Vanilla essence<br \/>\n1\/3 cup milk.<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>All ingredients should be at room temperature.<br \/>\nPreheat the oven to 170c<br \/>\nSpray and line a square 8&#8243;in baking tin.<br \/>\nBeat the butter and sugar until light and pale.<br \/>\nAdd the eggs into the butter sugar mixture one at a time and beat until all is combined.<br \/>\nAdd the Vanilla essence and beat.<br \/>\nSift the Flour and baking powder into the butter mixture and mix in with a spatula. Do not use the electric beater now.<br \/>\nLastly add the milk and mix in until combined.<br \/>\nPour the batter into the lined cake tin. Spread out evenly.<br \/>\nTap the tin a couple of times to remove air bubbles.<br \/>\nBake for 45min or until a skewer in the middle comes out clean.<br \/>\nCool the cake in the pan completely upside-down.
