Let them simmer slowly until chickpeas are soft and the water has thickened slightly.<\/p>\n<h2>For The Bread<\/h2>\n<p>2 lebanese bread rounds cut up in small pieces<br \/>\nghee<br \/>\nin a pan add 1 big tbs ghee and add the bread and fry it off in the ghee until bread is golden brown transfer to a tray and set aside .<\/p>\n<h2>For The Yoghurt<\/h2>\n<p>3 cups of greek yoghurt or more (personal preferences really I usually eyeball it)<br \/>\n1 tbs tahini paste<br \/>\n2 tbs lemon juice<br \/>\n1\u20444 cup of water or chickpea juice from the pot<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\n2 clove of garlic crushed ( you can add way more )<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth and combined set aside<br \/>\nafter everything is ready to go grab the tray of bread add the hot chickpeas with some of the juice ontop of the bread you can add as much or as less as you like.
